@janutok-
pre - it actually depends on what ur gonna shoot. kung boxing or other sports na pwede ka mo duol, then ok kaayo ang suggestion in agoroy. but kung soccer or basketball, or sports na you have to stay a bit far, you'll need a longer lens...
That lens seems to be so big & huge looking, do you have another lens in mind ?Originally Posted by agoroy
I think lenses are subjective Pre, what you feel is good for you is it na, nothing to do with type of sports or whatever. It's more like to each his own I think ?Originally Posted by Minuano27
i tend to agree with Minuano27. it really depends on the varying factors of the shoot (lighting, speed of action, distance from the subject). different lenses for different uses.Originally Posted by janutok
but to start with, if you're getting a canon aside from the kit lens try getting a zoom and either a macro or the 50mm 1.8 lens and a flash.
The fuji s9000 comes with a 28-300lens so it's an all in one lens here. Maybe i won't have to think about upgrades anymore except maybe if i need to go wide then i buy a fuji s3. 28-300 doesn't consider type of sports or what, it can do well for most sports i read. If i were a PROfessional then maybe I will think of a Canon & whatever lenses you people are suggesting.Originally Posted by pnoize2k4
How about a see-thru lens ? Now that's the lens I need Pre.Originally Posted by agoroy
I prefer to use my Canon 70-200mm F2.8 :P .... hehehe
Kung boxing nga low light, go for a lens with wider opening.
mga bossing mga pila kaha ang 28-135mm karong panahona?
