its too stupid to fight over a pair of thongs,and its just a havaianas guys.if you go abroad, you'll be shocked cause theyre just 9 bucks! and you people considered this worth fighting for?oh come on! even some of it can be bought buy one take one.and talking about quality?are they that great?its not branded at all, well, thats in my opinion cause people here dont find them as a signature brand, instead of bragging how expenssive it is,which it isnt...if you really have the money then go more pecheplatinum, 400 bucks a pair (20k pesos or more) or if you are super rich then go for the LV beach flipflops..thats branded. i've never heard anyone fighting for a pair of havainas,never in my life..just in this forum and i find it hilarious.
i've been to hawaii and people can tell if your rich as what most people say its what you wear but in hawaii, its what thongs your wearing,and one of those is the pecheplatinum and hey!they didnt even fight anyone there if they lost a pair! or messing up with each other just cause of a 9 bucks thongs!that aint worth the wrinkles.

Sukad gikaon akong 1k plus slippers sa akong dogs, never na gyud ko nibuy ug mahal nga slippers. Thinking back, I think sa teen years...everything more expensive seemed to be better...pero that is not always the case. Most of the time though, ang mga comfortable man gud kay mahal gyud. Naa ko'y 150 peso slippers that until today I still use almost everyday. Daghan napoy nakapangayo ani kay nindot daw...it is an imitation havianas and until now they think it's original. Haha...I think they only like it, kay they think it's original. Naa lang gyud mga tao nga ingon ana...

sultian ta mo sa tinuod...nakapalit nako havaianas sa brazil in a wholesale parehas ra ug price sa islander...naa gani tag $3 plus ra....regular price ana ngad2 $5-8.....mao mahal na ig-abot sa pinas kai tungod sa shipping mao times 2...plus customs taxes pa diha...then mark-up sa nagbaligya...
tinuod ang rason comfi ug durable but BONUS na gyud ang pauso...

For me, I guess you get what you paid for. As experienced, quite pricey flip flops/shoes have good quality. It lasts long so in the long run, barato gihapon.
