Oh yes they were .... DICTATORS namely Kim Jong Il of N Korea , Fidel Castro of Cuba , POlpot , Stalin ,Lenin , Chiang Kai Shek , Mao Tse-tung .They wereÂ* branded as dictators because they are head of states but their acts perfectly fits as ACTS of TERRORISM . the fact that they are identified NPA and in some cases even admitted that they are NPA's and commited acts of terrorism then as far as i'm concerned THEY ARE terrorists. PERIOD!
