actually, most of us dont have a copy of our contracts. you have to ask for it pa sa HR. in my case, i asked for a copy coz i just learned that i was the only one receiving the lowest salary while other newbies were receiving a whole lot. i can understand if the other newbies have previous experiences but they dont, and i do! i complained about it but they just give me lame excuses. now, i have another issue with this company. hope this clears right up. mkawag gana.

mejo overworked nami dre actually. y holidays (dle pjud double pay). 6 days a week pa work. no overtime pay bhalag nilapas na kag work sa imung shift. d sad pwde dle tiwason ang work bhalag nalumos nka sa kdghang trabahuon...

anyway,let me ask you this, have you ever tried on the 15th of the month and you check your account for your pay and you see that there's about P44,951 or about P61,102? well lets just put it to 40k-60K,and youre just an ordinary employee that works for your manager,supervisor, you know the common authority that you have in a company..have you? you havent? well then youre a loser..
if you have been an xlibrian before and you havent/didn't reached this kinda pay well then you really are a loser..
XLIBRIS is a very tough company, there might be some bad things happening, but lets put it this way, if youre a company hopper, when was the last time that you didnt complain in a certain company? when was the last time that you didnt complain because the pay is not that good? HR is bad? some people are bad?supervisor dont listen? managers dont listen?..well newsflash!!in every company you have been into you always complain of something..theres always something bad in a company,and hell yeah thats the truth! there's something bad in PS, something bad in CVG, something bad in SYKES (Poor compensation), something bad in Etel coz they moved you up in an account that you dont want to be in..

for those people who gave bad comments on the company,..dude,girl ya know what? i bought my first ever car bcoz of the company,i bought my first ever flat screen TV bcoz of Xlibris, i bought all the fantastic things that i can think of because of xlibris.! i spend big money and not worrying about it because i work in XLIBRIS!! so now tell me,whos the loser now?

this is not an advertisement for xlibris, i have also my own hinaing(complains in englis)..but do you find a company that pays you 50-300k per month?(our topseller in the sales floor earns that 300k not me)
Whats your answer? NO! right?these people who have bad comments here are those people who were terminated because of bad attitude,always late,always absent,spreading bad rumors,not hitting quota,not doing their job,sleeping in the floor. that's what you get.

I am an XLIBRIAN(means i work for them)not from HR,not from OPS,but in the sales team,i dont sip2 to managers(i dont even talk to them),i dont sip2 to sups,all i do is WORK HARD,if you work hard here you will earn it!..and i am very proud of it and i have been working here for 1 year and 4 months..if you're a coward,if you think you aint got skills? then back up! dont even think about applying,.it is very true, "apply at your own risk" baby..peace out!

Is xl management okay right now? No updates or latest comments have been posted.. Also wana ask how much is csr basic pay and total all in all pay like night diff and etc minus the tAx and what so ever per month? Please reply coz plan on applying.. als0 what is there schedule for csr?

Just like other companies, every department strives to be better... Xlibris' management has grown and improved in the past couple years... ITs not a perfect organization, it also has its flaws - just like the others, but they surely are geared towards a consistently improving and enhancing all aspects.
