to be fair to EMAX, the reason why they're particular with you effor/pay its because, this company is performance based. you'll get a bigger pay if you perform better. for me, there's a thrill kay you won't get to expect the same pay every pay day! you can even predict what you're pay is gonna be, it's because of your performance. unfair bya nang you work your ass off really hard para nindot ang stats sa imong team nya imong teammates kay kevz ra nya parehas ra inyong madawat na sweldo...
for example: nindot ka ug quality scores, nindot imong AHT and wala kay absent and you have this officemate nga bati ug quality score, daku pajd kaayo ang AHT and walay absent nya parehas ra inyo madawat nga sweldo every pay day kay you're paid by your attendance (kay tungod lagi walay absent), diba unfair? parehas rana sa logic sa EMAX.
aside from that, based on surveys and research, money/higher pay motivates most of the employees. so i don't see any problems with eperformax' way of paying their employees. anyways, they will brief you properly and give you ample time to run through the contract before you sign it, then if dili ka ganahan sa policy you have a choice to say no, ayt?
emax pud ko.. cause ive been working there for padung na mu 2 years.. although wala ko ma say na bad bout sa calltek. emax is performance based jud. u really get to see the fruits of ur effort.. and its really easy..![]()
calltek is there for quite a time ... have they expanded so far like other centers so far?
