wat i understand about accredited foundation is ..a foundation that has pass all legal requirements to be called as a foundation..daghn kaayo na cya..process..magpa accredite man kaana ..naa many NGO nga mo asses sa foundation if its is a true foundation or foundation 2x lang ba..uban man gud gamiton ang foundation to trasfer illegaly obtained funds man gud..kay naa man tax excemption..

as wah i know naa man different levels sa foundation..depending on the assisment of i forgot the NGO that will assess ..

that all i know ...correct me if im wrong..

i realize you may have contacted a lawyer or a knowlegeable friend as to the financial requirements for putting up a foundation. ang ako lang, di ko sigurado kon ana kadako ang kinahanglan sa SEC nga pondo para magpa-register ug usa ka foundation. if it's that difficult, i would suggest that iSTORYA registers an NGO instead. my two-cents worth...
