yup, i can see that. but i guess its up to the other people to decide if whether or not they believe in god. i think we, as humans, its innate in us to search for a higher being. that is how we are wired. for those who believes that they are nothing but cells and molecules or whathaveyous, ila sad na. there is no point in arguing with them because you're only buying their crap. dont you think so?

i think people who believe are not in the losing end. if ever dili tinuod nga naay ginoo, our faith didnt harm us. it gave us hope and helped us live through the toughest times or our lives.wala may nawala kay nituo ta.

pero if ever tinuod nga naay ginoo, what do you think will happen to the unbelievers, ryt? so whatever they say, dont let it tarnish your faith.

whether you like it or not there is still an answered prayer. Why loose hope on that 1000/1 chance! When it can give you a breather on a very difficult time... just think of this way... if you have 1000 problem and you pray all of it. At least you got 1 answered prayer.

that my friend is not an answered prayer.. it's an illusion.. would you risk somebody else's life or yours because you have a 1% chance of a prayer answered?

Brad just because you prayed you don't have to do anything. Brad when you we got a semestral exam don't tell me the believers pray all the time to pass the exam this is no logical way... Point brad is. After we study we pray for our God while you spent your time doing nothing. Gets?

i believe that, kon naa kay determination ug paglantaw sa imong kinabuhi ug pangandoy kana matuman na nimo kon naa kay tumong..

pero kon prayer alone without doing anything kana walay kahimuan walay grasya muabot

accept the fact that it's happening. if your daughter is sick for your god's sake bring her to the doctor.. no amount of prayer is gonna help her...

for those who have faith, they need not argue with those who dont. people who dont believe in god or any supreme being might think that they are better than those who cling to their faith in times of need. but hey, why should you worry about what they have to say when they havent experienced the joy and contentment surrender has to offer?

I don't think I'm better than anyone who has faith. It just sickens me how people so much rely on prayer when they can do things without it.

Prayer is a gesture of showing your devotion to GOD, prayer do not categorically fall as "asking" but showing how you love GOD, offering oneself to him the almighty, and show gratitudes of the bounties and graces that you receive from day to day.

I agree that this is what prayer should be about. With this mindset people wouldn't be relying on prayer to fix their day-to-day problem but for goodness sake fix it by themselves.

They passed because they studied hard for the exams, they took up review lessons prior in taking the bar. It disturbs me to say this but what you are doing is belittling them, the people who passed the bar, calling them "not brilliant". They passed the bar for goodness sake shouldn't they be called more respectable than that? dude, Is this really your forte? judging people?
