depende raman na sa taw ba kung mu asenso, education is just one way of getting success...kung nadawat sila niya maau sila sa ilang trabaho...why not? pero mostly, kung wala nay sulod ang utok di man gihapon mu asenso....

this is an interesting thread for human resource practitioners....

indeed it is unfair for many of those who are taking the decent path in their lives. but it is in the decision of many employers and HR practitioners to select their people. Added cost and effort man gud ang pag-authenticate sa credentials. ako lang rampant pa man ang "backer" system in many companies - and that this "business" of fake docs will be more rampant due to this kind of system.

best way to combat this in my opinion is to provide education and awareness - for applicants to learn how to properly write their resumes and have employers/HRs to perform even the simplest of character check (through calling their references).

i also smell a potential business here for private investigators
