Mo lahi jud na kay ang ma guarantee sa ISP ana is from your house to their servers. Lapas 2mb for home ang internet cafe sa atbang sa amoa they got uncapped business lite line 600kb/s ang DL. a friend of mine got lucky and was never capped for morag 2 years na he has 1.7MB/s download. Naa say isa ka member diri 2.3mb/s iyang download.. all residential plans PLDT plans.
