one million after 7-10 years (from mutual funds dugay ra kaau)... i can make 1 million in 3 years or less.. i can double it in another 2 years.. then double that after a year (rough estimate assuming dili pa ko mag marry).. exponential growth... it all depends on the financial plan... its how and where you invest..

what is really needed is that you have GUTs.. (for me, easy ra kaau ang mutual funds, and dugay ra kaau.. ako capital ma tie-up, the same capital could be invested on projects with bigger returns..)

For me I like the attitude of the Japanese people in terms of money and savings.
If you study there ways and means and there attitude towards money, you could see a very big difference.

Maybe Japan is rich and progressive because of their attitude.
one would be amazed as to how the japanese recovered from two A-bombs dropped on them. and look at them now. compare that to the philippines, with all the reparation fees, nothing has changed since the 2nd world war.

so i agree with you. its all about the will and attitude. damn filipinos, when will we learn. >.<

its because, japan was colonize by Europeans and europe has been in advance economy that time. then philippines was colonized by the Spaniards 1560 something i forgt. then philippines has like more than 10 language and japan has only? 2 or 1? im not sure, then japan is an island, and we are an archipelago, group of island. if we go other places, we cant communicate with other pinoy, if we can, its a deferent meaning. like libog in bisaya, means. confuse. but try telling it to the tagalogs? its disgusting. and if were colonized by the Europeans, we wouldnt be like this and if only we are just living in 1 island, we can easily become 1. and about the blood and evolution of our attitude its another story. for 300 of dscremanation at graving for overcome the rich Spaniard, it evolves to crab mentality and envy. and thats our problem. i accept that coz i have graving for somthing, but im not to crab mentality, maybe at the lazy part. hehehehe. i cant compare our countries success to other countries. if we want change, we have to start by our own and help our kababayan to change. and about politics and corruption, if we change starting with us and sharing to others, to do thing in a right way, then it will come up in a positive way. the corrupt people will eventually will die, then its our generation will be next. with a good and positive thing with our generation, i think our country will have a better smiling future. and about the poor, lets help them, not just by money, but by trying to talk and educate them. i always do that ^_^. im into change. hope u could see wat i meant.

dgahan, diversified ako interests.. but mainly small start-up construction companies... naa pud small retail companies.. naa pud gani ko investan nga junkshop and materials recovery facility.. hehehe (dako kita ang basura, so di nato sila underestimate).

magbase jud tanan sa economy ang stock exchange.. ang economy kay highly affected sa political atmosphere. kanang terrorism is just another political tool.. (as ive read from freidrich nietsche)....

kanang stock exchange, dako kaau na effect sa investor's confidence.. mo down jud na cya if mahadlok ang mga investors.. its heavily driven by speculation. and speculation is highly affected by fear and greed...

naa companies na profiting pero sa stock exchange makasulat nga losing.. naa pud losing pero sa stock exchange gi sulat na gaining...
para sa more knowlege, i search as yahoo ang "dotcom mania article".. maybe dat could help you more..

Are you earning as an Investor or as an agent for these "Financial Plans"?

If as an investor, how much have you invested? How long is your long-term plan?

If your earning as an agent, I do have a lot of reasons to believe that what your saying is just a sales pitch therefore you don't really know

    what your saying.

Filipinos get scammed not because of impatience... but because most are not educated about investing

Japan's economy is a bust or have you not read the news?

scrap business is good, permi daug ako bakada sa hotel sa opon, pero karon mingaw. and need pud connections and nice proposal para maka sulod sa dagkong establishment na potencial for scraping, pero start it low,kai sa dinagko na, nami kaila, diretso scraping ships, naglisod, pero naka bawibawi na karon. and dependi pud sa scrap ang target nimo. sakto, naa pud company na dili kaayo visible ila business pero ilang stocks lig-on, dependi jud sa nature sa company. and sa terrorism, dili lang jud politic, business jud. if you want to venture sa country na potential kaayo sa u business then mag lisod kag sulod then nakay elegal connection, then lets the terror begin, para mawala ang mga competitor nimo. hehehe. pero lain napud na na story, kana mga mafia, mga king pin movement nana.
