1. Drew trees (main theme)

Â* Â* Easy - trunks and branches, outline
Â* Â* Challenging - recesses

Â* Â* To do: Need more practice with recesses and shading

Â* Â* a. d-beagle drew a tree with a puppy pissing on it (good solid branches)
Â* Â* b. Not wanting to be out-staged, john_amor drew a tree with him pissing on it (I am assuming it was him pissing on it), truth is, he's actually
Â* Â* Â* Â*good at drawing comic book style trees
Â* Â* c. dorky_squirrel is good too and even kleah although like me had a "challenging" time with leaves (grr)
Â* Â* d. weebong drew creepy trees with some leaves (I think he's a descendant of Edgar Allan Poe or H.P. Lovecraft)
Â* Â* e. mike was good with branches too although he admitted he was weak with leaves too and with butts, este, behinds, este again, back (shoulder down
Â* Â* Â* Â*to lower traps).

Â* Â*a) Vanceloma showed us his book signed by Neil Gaiman, weebong and d-beagle plotted to steal it but were caught (joke), diemjudilla
Â* Â* Â* Â*lent dorky_squirrel the Mirror Mask DVD (he is by the way a relative of celebrities, vanceloma I mean. diem is buddy buddy with
Â* Â* Â* Â*Carlo J. Caparas and will probably make Pandemonium - imagine Panday + New Mutants).

Â* Â*b) zerk showed his figure drawing style (fast sketching with some geometric shapes), d-beagle tried it out but is probably more
Â* Â* Â* Â*comfortable scribbling. vemp admitted he's in trouble with foreshortened figures (according to zerk - not during the meeting - the
Â* Â* Â* Â*12" Spiderman action figures can help.Â* I wish they have a fully poseable life size, este, 12" DruunaÂ* ).

Â* Â*c) They talked some more but I couldn't focus on a particular topic for too long as I was focusing on drawing trees (kuno, I actually

Assignment: Since I am not personally satisfied with how I drew the leaves, myÂ* assignment is to draw as many outlines of leaves before our
next meeting (I don't know when).Â* Comic book style ha.Â* I suggest you do too (kung ganahan lang mo).Â* I think we should not move to drawing
rocks, sky, water, etc. until we get comic book trees "right" (right as defined by you).Â*
