in a democratic country... dili mana pwede i illegal ang rally... mao man dyud unta voice sa mga tao, its there to keep the government in check...

also, rallies should never had a permit, kay unsay point? ... if gnahan ka mo voice out against sa government, nya ma ngau pa diay kag permit from the same institution that ur are trying to rally against... that just beats the whole purpose of a rally...

at the very core... you are protected by the constitution to walk up to the capitol at any day at any time to voice out whats on your head..

BUT... kanang taga manila nga sige nlag rally for unjust reasons and this also goes also to the participants of such rally, they should grow up, theyre making a mockery of the forefathers who died for the country acquire our freedom... I think they should be tried for treason... haha.... ok last sentence was a joke, so dont qoute me on that
