good luck! btw, Sprint is not just BASTA NAAY WORK AYUS NA....This is the place people call "CALL CENTER". You have to pass every training level and training is difficult. In Comm Skills, you cannot just sound like you are speaking in english and that's it.....you have to sound like you're one of them....they will never have seconds thoughts about failing a trainee.

With product training, through it's entirely different when you are on the production floor but still learn it by heart, because if you don't, you'll end up "TANGA" in the prod floor. There are people who will help you, but not all the time. The tool that you will be using is complicated....

So when you are already in the Prod Floor, pass the metrics. Make sure you resolve the issue. UP SELL!

Instead of basta naay work ayos na, you should be saying this, " thank God I was accepted". many are called but few are chosen....hehehe....

i think Convergys is very strict na nowadays, unlike before na a friend told me bisag wala ka pasar is gi regular gihapon and not just one person but a batch jud.. But now, strict na jud daw kaayo, sometimes dili na mo matter how good you are but ang survey daw sa customer matters most..

Correct me if im wrong kay im not even connected sa company, through experiences lang sa friends..

im scared bitaw..i heard a lot about sprints and the i bet the work is not easy..

im scared...super scared in fact...kana bitawng la pa nag start pero daghan na ka doubts..not on the company but sa self...

expectations are high and maybe up till now i cant believe im in this track...i saw many people who are way off better than me and i dont know...

the final interview stage will determine what account will you fit! there are series of questions which need you to site a specific scenario... then asks about your action steps then finally the result of your actions.. each question will test your technical, sales, customer service, issue resolution, call handling and other skills that will fit you to a certain account! the final interviewer will then line you up to what account you suit!

while you are thinking about what you are going to say, avoid saying Uhhhhmmmmmm......Uhmmmm.....
be spontaneous.....smile......and think before you open your mouth...Do not talk for the sake of sounding witty or smart....because you might sound senseless....If you think you need to explain or elaborate on your answer, then do it but make sure you are still on the right track.
