my brod runs a boarding house in lapu-lapu. It might sound far, but if you take the ferry boat, then take the jepney/taxi, i believe you will just commute to IT park in 30 minutes. You might be able to save in the long run since the rent is only 2,500/room. Once you reach the Opon port, it is just a 2 minute walk to the place.
