tutorials... hmmm... all i can say is that im not using brushes for this effect.
its a so called "mixed media"
photoshop + fractal generator

there are alot of free fractal generators out there...

so, importing png's and alot of layer transitions with a stained wall texture for the background... thats basically it...

I really can't tell you much of the details sorry.
