nice kay naa pa ka space for a lawn.

i would also suggest that you take ideas from 2-storey condo units. they're brilliant.

I would suggest dili ta pataka ug butang where our dining or living room. Good location should be at North or South located. Heat of Sun, wind will play important rule.Unless close nimo tanan and airconditioned.And that your Front/main door should always falls East!!!! that is why...

Your architect must study your lot location properly...Dili kay pataka lang ug porma, then the interiors must play the very most important role afterwards. Otherwise, magkayamukat ang sulod, lain2x ug essence basta kay nindot lang sa imong paminaw then after months or two pul-an dayun, pataka na pud ug butang, then usbon na pod decoration,etc.
