I think the problem which the i-cafe is facing right now; the stiff competition. When your pc aged 2 years or more, you better change them with new one or else you were loss your costumers. From time to time there are new technology being introduced in the market, almost 2 times more powerful than the current one. So, your technology is much behind to new i-cafe that might sprout on your side. Faster pc, faster connection, with low hourly rate, how can an existing i-cafe combat his competitor/s. More and more i-cafe go on shutdown while more and even more go on sprouting...Think twice, trice, or even more before venturing in this kind of business..

Kana tag 5/hour dili sad ka kita ug good service sa computer ana. Maybe they're using Pentium 3 to Pentium socket 478 without video card. Or, 30+ units pwede ka mo tag 5/hour kay mo kita pa man jud ka ana, pero patyon sad ka sa kuryente.
