iv tried green tea with l-carnatine.. its a powdered drink..
pero dli fitrum.. kato muy effective jd! global greenlife and name.. i lost 16 pounds na.. no side effects for me.. just a more regular movement since im constipated man gd.. naka help cya nako jd.. its a bit pricey tho.. but hey! it worked!

many of my frens tried Fitrum and yes 8s effective but 8s very expensive because of there Judy ann santos.
