i think whether you should have a baby or not, its a very personal choice and only you can decide on that. i understand that at 24, you're young and wants to progress in your career but at some point you have to weight your priority. but then what is the use of having a successful career if your health is in poor condition? health problems are very stressful and very expensive. right now you just have (or had) fibroadenoma, which is a very common breast tumor among women aged 30 and below, but did your doctor discussed with you about the other possible effects of high estrogen level? i don't want to scare you but as far as i know, high estrogen level is most likely the number one cause of chronic illnesses among women.... from weight problem, irregular periods, PMS, low *** drive, mood swings, high blood pressure down to a lot more serious conditions like cardiovascular disease and breast, ovary, and even lung cancer and i can still go on with the list.
i'm not trying to advocate the idea of having a baby even if your not ready, but personally i think i could live with the responsibility of being a mother than having to live my life and constantly deal with illnesses. but like i said, you will make the ultimate decision. but one thing for sure, very high estrogen level is always a bad news and will only cause you health problems.
