not worth it jud kai kuwang ra pamliti..ok rata toh kung free lunch,nya wla pajud..unsaon nalng ang P75..they even made me sign a contract for 1month na mao 2 ang ela rates para sa allowance..nya xaon nalng ang uban gi explain sa contract..try nalng mo..daghan jud ka ma question nganu ing ato elang contract..dli lng ko nahan mu daot sa company..try lng ninyu apply did2 guys & you will see what i mean..

ang 15t after nah na sa 1month training daw nmo f nka pass ka..not sure pajud if 15t na coz nag ask mi sa mga nagstart na did2 10-12t ra daw..but maybe depende rajud daw sa imong skills if maayo jud ka..

been here yesterday..they will accept everybody who goes in for interview..for training they will give you 750 for 2weeks..ang for the 3rd and 4th week,if you did have a call center experience they will pay you 1,500 and f not,still they will pay you 750..that's for 15days daw,nahug 75/day ra for training and training is 1month..mga 22 rami yesterday and only 5 of us cguro had call center experience..75 per day doesnt even cover for the transportation from cebu to mactan..why ing ani man??ok manta ang manager..maayo mu sturya, lingaw..but joke man ang pay oie..

i don't think the pay is a joke if you only live in lapu-lapu... some call centers before pay you a 100 per day...that is because they're a bigger company compared to this...
if only i live in lapu-lapu, i could've taken that job already... the job is a no-brainer... as per mark's words... mark is the manager/director...

since you mentioned nga kapoy na tubag calls, this is for you... and you should not be expecting a salary that should be the same as the one taking calls...

again, regarding the allowance, if you live in lapu-lapu, this would be a great one... if only i live, say a walking distance, i would've started last monday as per Mark's request for me to come in on that day... Mark is a very pleasant guy...


****this one takes calls... actually, it's an outbound... you call the prospective customers and if they say yes to your offer, THEN this is the time you transfer the call to the client and get yourself a bonus after EVERY completed business deal...

your interview will not be an interview per se... it's more like a conversation... and he's grading you for that...

TS: praktikalay man ang mga cebuano gud.. so if gamay ang pay why gamble to uncertainty while you have more bigger opportunities up ahead nga mas daku ug pay... if 75 per day nya mag travel pa ka padung didto.. not worth ni xa if layu inyoha.. if doul dili gihapon coz.. 75 per day is a joke.
