bro, from my point of view as a real estate man, imposible makabalay ka if kaning sweldoha ang saligan
plus the family needs pa

just to inform everybody, based on a survey conducted...
we need to earn at least 24k per month to cope up w/ the current prices now
people earning below it are considered marginally poor.

So, gone are the days when we think people earning 15k & up (like call center agents) are earning good salary

Hehe! That is the effect of inflation. Maybe 10 year ago ang value anang 24K kay 5k pa sa ato na time.

Same ra na na ang pandesal sauna tag 25 cents pa, karon sus 2.50 na ang each tapos gamay pa jud. Hehehe! Pero ang sweldo sa tao, murag dugay ni tubo. hehehe! Mao ng nagka paet jud.

Yup taga-TC pud ko bro. I know Engr. Cagasan. Ang dli nako malimtan nga maestro sa CompE kay c Maderazo..heheh. Batch 2003 ko. CompE from 1st-3rd yr then 4th-5th ECE nako. So, ECE jud ko graduate. PagNov2003 ko gaboard sa ECE.

With regards to IMG, classmate mi ni Joan Ling. I was the one who orient & made the site tour for Crown Asia projects for Jess, Joan and their associates..that was on 2007 kay Marketing Director man ko sa Crown from 2007 until i separated from them on late 2008 and made my own real estate company.

Magstorya unya mi ni Jess puhon if i have the time na kay bz pajud kaau.
