After 5yrs of engineering school in USC, I took the ECE Board Exam
Simply because after school, my mindset is on employment
Getting employed in a great company..then climbing up the top ladder
That's my dream after graduation.
Surely then, I get employed at Lexmark in MEZ2
Hoping to climb up the ladder
I did all sorts of studies to help my aimed promotion
I studied CISCO and have some Masteral units for Robotics
Two long years..nothing happened
Things even went messy
I gave up my dream. I resigned immediately.
With nowhere to go, I applied to all sorts of job
And end up to a real estate company
A very well-known & strong national developer
Offering a carreer that im not acquainted into
Seems promising but income is very unsecure
Shortly after, I then felt the pain of the paradigm shift
Everything even got worse than before
Too long to ellaborate how worse it is
But I feel that it seems it was the place for me.
Eventually, all failures were overtaken
Got promoted directly to the highest position in the sales group in a span of 6months
Seems this is what i want before... w/c were never given to me in employment.
After two years of success inside the RE Developer,
Another crisis surfaced which pushed me & my team to get out
And be independent.
It's not a misfortune..it's not failure
It's simply another opened door.
God always opened doors for us to grow.
Realize this:
If i have succeed in Lexmark, I would have been stuck there until now..
But God has a greater plan, He wants me to become a Marketing Director at the age of 24 of a big RE developer
If i had been stuck to the developer, I would have been an MD forever because there's no higher position to it
But God has a greater plan, He want's me to own a company at the age of 27.
God has given too much to me. I never even dreamed to have a company of my own.
Life is a series of waves.
Up..down..victories..failures.. are a part of a grand plan
Of God opening doors of opportunities for each of us.
God bless us all,
