C-CEMPEL? I'm a volunteer before.. we are under the custody of the Parish priests..non partisan...what made u say that it's a political arm? .. we only help promote peaceful and honest election..

C-CIMPEL went to USC-TC recently to introduce their advocacy.,
the speaker said it was a potical arm of COMELEC and NAMFREL.,
poiltical arm as in help to promote peaceful and honest election.,
