PRO:
No traffic, easier to sanitize the city and secure the heads of state as per CENTCOM

CON:
The city will not be in its "natural" setting. It will be like a ghost town. Feeling sunday or holy week for 4 days. This will send the wrong signals to the dignitaries because it will seem like the city is hiding something.

SUGGESTION:
Only the government will have a special non-working holiday since they don't really work anyway. 4 days of no business is too much for the private sector since GMA has been declaring a lot of holidays in her term.

On a personal note, as an entrepreneur it is very unproductive and will really hurt businesses since we have to unnecessarily pay our employees special rates.
