unplug the port of ur printer part, nya e install pag palik iya driver..
not sure ha, but try lang dili bitaw matiwas kaguba if imu sulayan..

bai, aku pud kay cgig blink ang lights sa black and color cartridge. knsa may naka solve ani nga problema? aku na gi limpyohan ang mga contacts niya. peru wla paku ka suway ug replace brandnew nga cartridge kay kuyawan ku. basig dli ghapon ma solve.

naa kahay hard reset ni sa? kanang e reset jud ang printer to its factory config.. hehe..

yes, its normal for the cartridge carrier or tray to be loosed a bit vertically for some technical reasons.
