If accurately, there's a hardware equipment that you can use to compute power consumption. I remember its something like a tester.
I dont know about a program(software) that can compute the power consumption. But I don't recommend using a software for that kind of work. Because it won't compute it accurately.
PS for posters: power consumption ang gi-mention diri ha. Dili pila ka-watts ang magamit sa PSU nimo

or try using multimeter to measure current and voltage, then multiply both to get watts.
p=v*i (watts=voltage*ampere)
mas guapo gamit clamp na ammeter pra kuha sa i=amperes
be sure to use gud brand of multimeter.
