alright. update.

was able to speak with the CITOM myself in the presence of a councilor friend and all has been cleared. although a total removal from duty would might have been a very satisfying outcome, it just also seemed so unfair. he'll get a suspension and i'll be watching this closely.

i hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.
