kadtong magcomplain, mag meet mo tanan dayon magbuhat mo ug letter of ambot unsa na, dayon signed by user sa ubos with their respective name, then print an evidence that ur connection is slow, dead, up/down.... or the best is a video evidence this is the best evidence you could support ur problem....
lisod ng cge thru mouth evidence mapadulong na ug useless evidence, also kadtong mga email/reply sa smart that is also part of your evidence...

anyway, ningdagan kos sm wireless center ganiha and the agent told me to expect some technical person to come in my house next sat (3.11.06) since sat ra ako vacant nga time... of course wala koy mabuhat kundi maghulat til sat, KUNG WALAY AYO then mapugos gyud kog submit a complaint to NTC. Karon pko kahibalo nga silingan rman d-ay mi kaayo sa office sa OSPAC, koral lay nag-ali.. saunz!
As per recommended by vino kid.. the netsat, YM, skype, dos window of reply/timeout sa antenna are already taken by video....
I hope admin/moderators wouldnt mind kung akong i-print ni nga thread (pages1-7 and more?) as part of the evidence...Pinoywifi.com also have the smart wifi complaints, ako sad cguro tong i-add.

i did complain sa NTC last year,,katong pg October..cge nalng jud down..and so forth,was complaining for sometime..dire region 7 me cge og reklamo..permi nako CC sa ila.then by jan this year, gitawagan ko ni Sarah.kung mgpadayon ba jud ko sa ako reklamo (was surprised kay daghan kaayo dire reklamo,but when i ask her.ako ra man daw usa cge reklamo dire cebu-- naaaks!) Ingon xa na puwede ipatawag ang smart og me para ma settle o unsa,kundi ipaagi na legal means.. ni atras ko kay..ako raman diay usa..faet! abe nako daghan.. na timing pod that time na mejo ni ok ang connection after that dec 24th of last year..so, lie low lang ko og ingon..dili lang usa..haaaayyy..
pero unsaon..nibalik nman pod sakit..haaayy..
