i have adopted some of his teachings and i am actually earning semi passive from it? i see nga you have some disagreements to his teachings..dont you think that in achieving financial freedom , their are many ways to approach it...?so far the teaching i have heard from him are sound and effective..it may not be suited for everyone, but certainly they are sound...

mao man gud na ang naandan sa mga tao eversince the industrial age.. to get a stable and high paying job. pero at the end of the day, you still work for someone. but i'm not saying nga bati na sya - it's just that you're bounded with your working hours, company policies, etc... lesser ang freedom. (read his book nga Freedom and Security)

i think iyang pasabot kay some of his advices on being a sophisticated investor is not that good.
some are ok but others can mislead you.

i also like your point, you can't become rich by just being an employee only.

in reading books, especially financial ones, focus on the positive side and apply it.
still be open to some other ideas. there are a lot of great books.

i love the book... it is confusing because it is written for americans.. and we have to face it.. we even dont have the financial litiracy to understand it..

he is not advocating any get rich quick philosophy.. he preaches about practical and effective financing...

im a 22 year old fresh grad. real estate broker. and im well versed regarding paper assets...
his philosophy would bring tears to my eyes.. i only wish that more filipinoes understand hi work..

ps.. forget bout the book "get rich pinoy".. its just a twisted interpretation of robert's philosophy.. you'll be mislead..

money can be made tru. businesses, real estate, paper assets.. but you must have the financial literacy to be successful..

Unsay one side? wa ko kasabot sa one side nimo? Kiyosaki was telling the simple terms assets and liabilities. It was a perspective he was teaching. The side of employment and Business. Unsa man nga side?

Only few people knew about it.

because some teachers themselves haven't really learned it first hand. Not to demean the teachers of business but somehow experience with the actual business is where the rubber meets the road.
