IMG is not a networking company, it is a financial services brokerage company.
Hehehe! Better know about the facts.
List of Insurance Brokers.
http://www.insurance.gov.ph/htm/..%5...rs02132009.pdf see number 26.
So don't include IMG as a networking company.
i see..mao ba coolbiz...ngeks ka bad jud ani goverment oi
First of all.. UNO is a great company..
they have great variety of products which are of good quality..
especially their coffee... lami au.. hehe..
barato ra bya pud ila glutathione..
personally... i believe its a good business investment....
they have a very good marketing plan..
i dont think networking is bad and so is multi-level marketing (MLMs)
the problem are the marketeers or the "franchisee's" or "agents"
the marketeers are blinded from the true purpose of the the concept of networking
when i attended their seminar to study their biz plan.. i personally agree that it was sound..
the problem are the PEOPLE..
the "agents" are more interested in RECRUITING! than actual SELLING!
this inturn create's lots of competition among the sellers.. try looking up MLM in wikipedia
the "speakers" are crying the mantra.. "RECRUITING OTHER AGENTS CAN MAKE YOU LOTS OF MONEY!" so the whole concept of networking takes a bad name from it..
imagine this scenario... what if the whole cebu joins UNO.. then everybody is an agent.. then who will be the costumer?
Ive seen lots of people in UNO.. but there some really good agents there.. they make more money in selling than in recruiting.. and for that i give them my thumbs up.. they are responsible marketeers. but most are just after the commission from recruits.
there is too much drama in their "seminars" their are no lies... but some of the truth are not told.. they wont even entertain questions during this seminars.. as this may destroy the mood. they put too much paid applausers to exagerate the beauty of the business.. but wouldnt say that they are exaggerating bout their income.. it might be true..
now.. i will present evidence why uno is doing badly... (from insiders in the top)
1.) ITS IN THE RED! - the owners are slowly going out of the venture. they sense its in danger of collapsing soon. where i got this info? i got this from the top of their org.. i wont give names.. all that remains is the grandeur.. but their actually facing CASHFLOW PROBLEMS ryt now.. its pioneer marketeers are joining other netwroks.. i wouldnt say which.. out of respect.
2.) CASHFLOW PROBLEMS- ive seen notices bout bouncing checks and unavailable products.. it means there could be lack of funds already.. (i really wish its not the case). healthy biznesses wouldnt have this prob. to support this. they are sometimes lacking in stocks of their prized commodities.. like optima-c and glutathione.. if this were hot items. they should have ample supply.. (im happy they still had the coffee... yahoo! got to love it)
my experience on this -- i investigated by trying to buy 300 boxes of optima-c.. they said they dont have supply. i asked if they could deliver in 3 days. they said they have to order from manila... i dont buy the excuse.. if it was that good. 300 is a small amount. nad they sell wholesale a lot higher than other networks like fern-c
from what my insider told me.. they said, when u order, they use the money to order or manufacture.. they dont have a ready stock.. ( it means they lack the money to have a large stockpile)
i told them i wanted to be a stockist. they refused.. one guy even wanted that i join his group..
im not interested in networking. im interested in selling.. i wont allow him to have a share of my profits without the sweat.. (ano cya masaya? pwde ba join na wala upline?)
3.) leaders are going out - there is a sign posted there that you can buy an existing network from another guy.. i plainly believe this is the last draw.. no leader would abandon his followers.. the leaders are looking for an exit strategy! and making profit doing so! damn their smart! they know the situation of the company!
4.) manila branch is going bust - same with IM Global - they saturated the market! too many agents too few consumers
lastly-- they get most of their funds from the recruit2x thingy. their sales income was lesser than the new membership income. got this from the insiders from their top..
what im tryng to say!
what im trying to say is that the agents should wise up.. stop recruiting. there giving networkers a badname.. they should do more selling! the company maybe doing bad but it isnt down yet. there is still hope.. if agents would be more selective of their downlines, they could save their company.. they should not just let anybody join..
students are being tricked by the easy income "idea" they are trained to recruit! not to sell! those speakers would do great in the army.. they could recruit many new soldiers.
the company is good and noble..
but bad blood (greedy, and irresponsible agents) ruin it...
i hope for the best because im a proud consumer of their great coffee and i really want to savor it still in the future to come..
peace to all.. i do this for enlightenment.. please post your reactions po. negative ones highly appreciated. and also. id love suggestions.. im trying to study the other networks. which would you want me to study?
(i protect the identity of my sources. why im doing this is to save UNO, lami ila coffee)
am.. basin sa walay motoo nako ha, gaan mo nako little credentials nako. im a practicing licensed real estate broker and i also facilitate in the buying and selling of businesses so thats why i can tell which businesses are good and which need some repairs..
MLMs are generally good busness plans.... like avon for example.. till now, they are still alive..
(im not a paid blogger)
thanks for enlightening bro..up for this informative thread..
i don't understand
you know the people who are on top... but you can not make them change their ways....
I mean if I were you... I would punch their heads... to make them realize that they are wrong...
I mean its clear... UNO is pyramiding.... these leaders on TOP knew it was happening... and you tell us now they are leaving... precisely the pyramid can not support it...
First of all.. UNO is not pyramiding.. (hoy mga taga-Uno! bayari ko ani ha.. gidepensaan mo nako maski wa ko labot ninu).. its an MLM (kindly research MLMs pls).. the founders or the owners wanted the products they have to be sold.. MLM is an effective tool.. (thats my point. because of bad networking companies, na daot name sa uban)
the problem is.. the people.. they want easy money... that is why they recruit for commision.. they use this loophole.. the owners used this for the sole purpose to attract distributors to market their product. some greedy bastards abuse this.. and those greedy bastards are very good in finding other greedy bastards...
my idea of a solution would be to remove from the network who are more into the abuse of recruitment side (the dangerous people). but that would go against the legalities of the company and be liable in court. so they cant do that..
believe me. they are cryng blood up there.. they really wanna shoot themselves in the head. this pet of theirs became an uncontollable monster. i dont kneed to punch them myself, because the owners are already banging their heads to the wall.. those who shud be held accountable are the unscrupoluos "agents or networkers"
the leaders you mean are those "agents" who are already established their downlines. they leave because they are unethical, cowards, and irresponsible. they only stay for the money from recruitment not from selling
for businessmen, their bizness is like a baby.. it would pain them if it becomes a demon....
i dont think those founders wanted it this way.. no businessman is willing to kill his own business..
Basically, this company is going down because of Bad people joining it.
last word.. those "marketeers" who make money thru recruitment shud be the ones you one to punch in the head... even i would want to do that. im really a proud consumer of their coffee. and i would put the blame on the bad guys if i cant have my coffee in the future.
(hoy mga taga-Uno! murag libre na ni advertisement sa inu coffee dah.)
