how big is your place?  ilan ang capacity?  do you own the place or are you renting?

you have to have a big ref, big stove, gas tank, mga kaldero and STOCKS etc etc and that is just for the kitchen.
the eating area you need tables and chairs, plates, spoons and forks, glasses, electric fan kung mainit, etc etc.
how about sales and marketing for your tapsilogan?
running a biz isnt just hala bira gyud...even if you know how to cook very well.... this is not to discourage you... but to just let you know how it should be so you will have lesser chances na malugi... GOOD LUCK and give me complimentary plate of tapsilog ha? hehehehehehe
