Portland is the only team that has enough cap space to sign Odom other than the Lakers. Their offer to Millsap was $32M for 4 years and there's a big possibility of bringing it to Odom's camp now that the Jazz matches Portland's offer to Millsap.

But the bright side is with the Lakers since Portland have only $7.7 million in cap room to spend.
