Establishments operating without business permit

dili man na mao ang issue oi. i think the bottomline is, if tarong ka nga negosyanter, mu secure jud ka ug permits and licenses. that talks about you as a businessman, as a person and as a citizen altogether. if mangawat man gani ang gobyerno sa atong taxes, ila sad na. basta kay ikaw, you didnt cheat.

I operate w/ complete permits. But should it push me to report others kay wala sila?
Who the heck do i care? I do my own w/o pulling down others.

sos kung permit lang hisgotan...kadaghan establishments diha na wala permit, magpahimo lang ug fake.one time naa ni ari dri sa amo kay magpahimo siya fake business permit pero wala jud namo dawata kay patay ta sa city hall ana... i even know a certain school na nag operate for 7 years na wala business permit..pero dli ko mag tell kay patay sad ko

how true? by the way, kung non-profit nga school diay? morag charitable institution na ba....

initiative lang pod siguro ni sa TS para ma aware ang mga kolorum bisnisis sa ilang responsibility, pero no need na oi kay duty man na sa liscensing division and BIR kaning tax mapping, kay kon wa kay authority unya mo papil ka.....stilan mabunalan ta ani wala sa oras

my own 2 cents...

ang business basta naa sa public market kung banketa lang pangayo.an ug tag 10 pesos per day diri sa amo.a pero kung naa na kay pwesto mag bisnes permit na jud ka. pero kung gamay lang imong biznes nya tan.aw nimo nga dili mangayo ug resibo imong mga clients so dili na lang nimo ipa register ang imong negosyo, pero kung mo operate ka nga way biznes permit you still have 3 months nga trial before ka mo decide nga ipa register jud nimo ang imong biznes....peace! ! !

Maka tabang pa na nato fellow iStoryan Entrepreneurs. The prob with the banking system in this country is that if imu iclose imo account due to insufficient funds with lots of PDC issuances pwede pa gihapon ka mu open ug Checking account sa other banks! Just to do it over again. hahay!

its jusy my initiative para at least aware ta sa mga establishments ato ka deal na wala business permit, daghan kaau tig himo ug fake karon..naa na gani na dakpan dapit sa junquera ( i dont know if kita mo sa tv patrol) and also para ma pressure pod ug kuha ug business permit ang katon wala

may point naman si TS, kasi para narin nilang ninakawan ang taong bayan kung nagbibisnis sila ng walang lisensya...di po ba?

small time businesses city hall permits, big time businesses BIR permits. ^_^
