ok raman mag buhat sila og balaod basta lang dili mag conflict sa balaod sa LTO, POLICE and CITY. ang problema raba ani kay mag buhat og balaod ang CITY mag buhat sa og balaod ang LTO onya mag buhat sad og balaod ang POLICE... nya mag iyahay raba og issue og TICKET og TOP. ang motorista wala guy dagananan...

i totally agree with this. instead of banning whole head helmets why not make frequent check points or a better police force.

that's probably why Mandaue's crime rate has increased 340% since the first quarter of this year... under the "able leadership" of police chief ualat who seems to be working for Mandaue's IrO.

quite absurd to ban helmets. but maybe their point is just to identify people, since most crimes are now related to motorcylce riders.

first they let us ride helmets and now if we want all the protection we need, i-ban. toink. dili ra head ang important. ang face pud kay unsaon nalang ug dako kaayog tahi ang nawong.. hehehe
