    2. It's not true that most members are Filipino-Chinese.
    3. Ask1 2 B 1. You have to ask one to be one. You should approach a mason to become a mason. One should come on his own freewill. "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you." Matthew 7:7

So the answer to your question above rituals / principle that you might be against... No one is forcing anyone to join Freemasonry, so if anyone should ever feel that it will interfere with their your duty to God, Family, Neighbor, Country, or Yourself... Besides no one is forcing anyone.

Before you can invest your time and money into the Fraternity there are a series of interviews and steps before you can be accepted among the brethren. And make sure that no conflicting ideology on both parties.

As it is stated Freemasonry is not a religion, it does not offer any salvation.
    The principles of Freemasonry are:
The Belief in the Supreme Being.
The Tenets of: Brotherly Love, Relief, and Truth.

If anyone cannot conform to these principles then maybe you should think twice.

If you don't know any sponsor or anyone, you may visit Cebu Lodge No. 128 for more information (if you are from Cebu).

No it does not! We have many brothers with different faith.

    Brotherly Love
"By the exercise of Brotherly Love, we are taught to regard the whole human species as one family—the high, the low, the rich, the poor—who, as created by one Almighty Parent, and inhabitants of the same planet, are to aid, support, and protect each other. On this principle, Masonry unites men of every country, sect, and opinion, and conciliates true friendship."

There are information on how to join and requirements at Cebu Lodge No. 128
