i'm not an atheist, but... how can ATHEISM become a religion when it does not have, sorry, does not believe, that a higher being exists? the whole point of having a religion is believing that there is such a thing as a higher being. so, point # 2 is contradicting itself.

Im not forcing it to be religion... but rather you are standing on Faith... the problem with the Athiest here they love to force that God did'nt exists.. hahaha! funny, don't Force it... just say well its personal opinion. for me as Athiest no such thing or no evidence... thats it! why do you have to fight for its existence? is it because of FAITH? hahaha

i used to be an atheist.. i dont think it is a religion.. its a personal belief.. i mean a religion should be composed of people with the same ideas, and belief... but atheist depend so much on their own rationalization that they will eventually disagree on many things and agree on only one thing there is NO GOd...

now when i was a firm believer that there is NO Supreme being... it is not faith but logic... what is empirical... what is logical... what is rational...

but i love atheists... I love Gregory HOuse! :hahahaha!

Hey kebot, I have a good definition for you...!

Is a person who takes his religion so literally and to such extremes that he contradicts the very basis of his faith. He typically believe in a literal, verbatim interpretation of the scripture. He also have ridiculous, childish defenses to intelligent criticism of his beliefs that border on insanity. The level of hypocrisy and stupidity most of his peers exhibit is truly profound.

Prime examples of Kebot's attutitudes are the geniuses who call himself christian and march around with signs that say "GOD HATES FAGS, GOD HATES ATHEISTS, GOD HATES COMMUNISTS" seriously suggest that the earth is 6,000 years old when an overwhelming amount of scientific evidence proves otherwise, or tell women that they don't belong to stewardships.

Kebot in general gives religion a bad name. By definiition, it is impossible for any religion or belief structure that is centered on love, compassion, understanding, and forgiveness (most of the major religions are) to be anything but great. However, when Kebot watched documentaries and see these shows as baseless because evolution is a theory then he "thanks his god for spreading hate over people who don't think like him" and calling himslef as Christian, it tends to leave a bad taste in the mouth.
