In the 1st quarter Mandaue only had a crime volume of 61. I think the rate of increase of crimes in Mandaue is alarming !
While the regional trend is going down, Mandaue's trend is going up !
This reflects poor police leadership in Mandaue City !
ang second quarter crime volume in Mandaue is 270. which is about 4.5X the first quarter crime volume.
this is about the same time that col premne thru the efforts of ualat and Mandaue's IrO was removed from our city.
