such condition of absolute solitude seems practically impossible. but granting that it might happen: without interpersonal and social contact, ideas of "good" and "bad" might be intellectually stimulating but practically unnecessary.

morality is a social construct. in the state of nature moral standards are irrelevant. a person doesn't have to be totally isolated to revert to the state of nature. consider william golding's lord of the flies.

i think there are two answers being presented here one is that we can still know because the idea of good and bad is innate and the other one is that we cannot know because morality is based on social relationship

Ethics is learned than innate. If it was innate, there wouldn't have been a need for a child to be taught what is good or what is bad. Knowledge unfolds to the person that sense of realization of what is correct or what is proper.
