bro, 550watts (true power) is enough to support for any latest DDR3 requirements. buying any PSU more than 750watts is considered crazy (IMO, no pun intended to anybody) as it will add/produce more heat and your above specs doesn't need that much power anyway.

and you forgot to mentioned which chassis/casing are planning to use? CPU airflow is very important.
