naka adto kug la 1 month ko there...1st nako stay there pag abot gyud nko i cried a lot pero pagka dugayan kay na wala naman...pag balik nkog cebu cge nakog crave sa la...nahan nko mu stay there...

i was there last nov 8-26 2007. lots of friends there so they just take me anywhere. lisud maglaag didto kun wala kay sakyanan.mahal ang taxi. and mahal kaayo mga foods. barato rajud ang mga electronic gadgets.wala koy gasto nuon kay libre man ko tanan sa ako mga friends.lucky me.daghan au pinoy and daghan sad ang TNT didto. nindot magwork kun bata paka. or kun naa jud imu family didto para dili mingaw.
been to seattle city also.it was cold and rainy.its 3 hours flight from LA.very nice city pero naglose ko ug weight because im vegetarian and i dont like their vegies sa mga restaurants.mahal pajud.minimum of 10$ per meal ok na.maayo gani naay international district naay china town.so didto ko tigkaon ug rice.kit-an nako balay bill gates sa lake washington and naa didto ang BOEING maker of big planes.
then i went to chicago, climb the sears tower,ice skating in millenium park and went to lake michigan 3 hours drive.
mahal ang mga souvenirs.hehe.basta mahal jud kun imu iconvert sa peso.kasagara akong nailhan nga pinoy didto kay bantay tigulang ang trabaho.igo2 raman daw na nga job. mas maayo naa jud kay degree like nursing para daku ka ug kita didto.

wow kanindot nimu ui. daghan kag naadto-an.. been to vegas??

I live in LA so if you have any questions, feel free to ask (pero depende pud ha kung naa pud koy nahilbal-an because despite living here for more than a decade, there are places I've never ventured into )

OK ra man siguro mag public transportation from the airport pero where are you going man? Consider also your baggage and the commute time. Here in LA, you may sit in traffic (even on a bus) for 2 hrs. LA is not an accessible city...bati kaayo among public transportation, not like San francisco or the subway system in NY or rail system sa chicago. But for sure mga tourist areas are serviced by the metro system.

LA is a nice place to visit but not to live in. San Diego, San Francisco, Sacramento are better places to live in.

im in socal now. near disneyland. nice dri vacation ra gyd. if you want to live here bati cz ul get hooked w/ all the material things here. kasagaran sa ako nailhan ingn ana gyd nice kaau mga things but mglisud ug balik sa pinas kay walay tinigum. well sumtyms depende sad gyd sa tao bt kasagaran gyd mao ang mahitabo kay ang lingaw rmn gud dri kay laag ug shopping.

if imo goal mo anhi pangwarta ayaw dalha imo family dri.pa anhi-a lng cla vacation or til mka green card or ma US citizen. kay f naa imo family dri maski dko pa imo sweldo imo gasto dako mn sad so tabla ra. mas mka save ka kng naa pinas imo family ug mas dali ka mkatigum. almost tanan mn gyd dri nahan mouli sa pinas igka retire bt uban d lng pwede kay wa sila tinigum...

therefore choice ra gyd na nmo tanan..kung ako pasultihon f naa kay good income sa pinas ayaw mo pglisud lisud dri...

hey guys, anyone here who lives in SF or LA.. can you give me a comparison of the two cities.. cost of living, crime rate, recreation, etc...and the pros and cons..

im really confused coz i have two job offers, one is in san francisco and the other is in los angeles.. i haven't been to these cities so i have no idea what it would be like working and living there.. i have read some articles also but i wanna know from the viewpoint of pinoys who are really living in there...

ive been to LA and SFO. . i like LA better. .sobra kau katugnaw ang SFO maski summer na. . . the best is in SanDiego. . dghan pud Filipinos ngadto. .and mexicans pud nuon ky border na man cya sa Mexico. .
