well, being in demand and in critical demands for work at this time is very crucial.

a nice pay will really suffice....

hirap na mghanap ng mtaas na pay but u will end up for certain number of mos. lng....

i can't remember i voted for high salary on low level, please wake me up..

also not all the time companies cut those overpaid employees, they wouldn't be overpaid if they are new in the company right??

i have colleagues receiving twice as i do and with level lower than me but since they are not new in the company they were never cut, instead the newbies were cut..

i think what the previous post means is that, by the time the company
decides to do some cost-cutting, especially in times of crisis, siyempre
tan-awon jud to nila ang ila mga employees, if wala kay gamit then gisweldohan ka,
for sure no.1 ka sa taktakon..(walay gamit doesnt necessarily mean wala kay gibuhat ha)..
mao sad ni nahitabo sa gitrabahoan sa ako papa...
ingnun lang dayun ug redundant position..

if you have just read bro i said not all companies because wala ni gpakita sa among companya,
and to think our company ang pinaka sikat in public sa katong tinaktakay na time..

guess what?? newbies were cut instead of katong high salaried, same level with person receiving twice as less.
D lang kay factor tungod dako kag sweldo then imong kauban gamay ra and same job ramo tak takon ka kay number of years will took effect..

oh by the way if saying walay gamit unsa diay imong pasabot??

luoya sad sa mga newbies oie..
and if that thing is happening, then there would be no security in a certain workplace..
labi na if bag-o pa lang ka..
but anyway, it was a the policy of your company right..
    so its non-debatable...

with what i quoted, lets take this for example:
two janitors cleaning a specific C.R, one is doing the mopping
and the other is cleaning the windows..
so if the janitorial company they are working is on a crisis, then
one of them should be cut..
so diha na musulod ang termino nga ang usa "wala na'y gamit"
kaya naman na sa usa ang buhat sa duha..
or if wala'y musugot sa ila, taktakon nalang ang duha
    then maghire ug usa..

i guess the "walay gamit" is not the right word here bro because as you can see gamit gihapon.
They hired two janitors at the first place kay after a series of evaluation, the job needs two heads but due to some circumstances as you said on working crisis they can only afford one. Gamit gihapon but they can't risk it.

    My current situation is.
Never ending of increasing pressure. Because of others incompetence.

I can handle pressure but not in a way that the management will find ways to increase the pressure constantly in our job because of others incompetence.
There is a saying in the Art of War:
Remove incompetent individuals praise the competent.
Well it seems management is punishing competent along with the not.

Now im not sure whether the account would be pulling out. If not then good for me also if it does then good luck to the management and us. Damay tanan.
