I agree- the employee can file a case using this thread as evidence- Even in newspaper- you can only post that a certain Mr So and So is no longer connected with this company OR that he is terminated with a cause. Thats it- no other additional info- UNLESS if that person have committed a crime and have been proven in court. Just my two cents...

Before I heard of a manager who fire an employee and posted at the door of the establishment the story of the said case. Then came the case and the manager paid a lot to settle the case.
