nang luod ko aning lexmark oi... dugay au ko gi tawagan...
then gi tawagan nako.. abot nako final interview... then ni ana ko.. bahala gamay ra ug starting dawaton nako.. okay rako entry level nga position.. ako na ang bahala sa rest basta naa nako sa lexmark..
ni ana pa ang nag final interview nako nga bantay daw dili ko sign sa contract coz ila na gi set ang expecations nako sa ako sweldo nga dili gyud parehas sa ako current employer... kay sure na daw.. ingon ko yeap.. di nako mo matter ang sweldo karon.. basta di lang sad tanto gamay..
ga wait sad tawn ko.. only to find out.. mo try gyud sila gukod sa akong current sweldo nya since dili man nila ma apas gi hatag nila ang position sa lain nga tao... kapila ko nag emphasize sa final interview.. okay ra gamay ug sweldo sa sugod ug dili sila ka gukod sa ako sweldo sa akong employer karon... basta i really wanted to work sa lexmark unta... coz of the growth opportunities they could offer to their employees especially sa mga performers gyud....

nag ingon lang sila daun nga lain nga position ila i-recommend sa akoa... mas better daw... but will be available in like a few months pa... haayy pila na ka months, dili na few... many na..wala gihapon.. dili nalang ko mag dahom..

sorry sis... nag air out ra ako sa akong frustrations sa lexmark.. na timing gyud nga naa ni nga thread gud akong nakit.an.. hehehe.. peace

pero lami kaau gyud kung madawat naka didto bahala dili kaau dako ug sweldo... wla ko negative feedback sa ilaha.. except sa hiring process ra gyud.. mao ra na ilang apan....
