having been employed with other hotels before, i could say that the parklane management is better considering it has been in the industry for 2 years pa lang. i could not say anything bad against the owners-- they are the best!

every business-- naa jud na masulti nga bad. kung dili sa sweldo, sa benefits. kung dili sa benefits, sa mga taw. kung dili sa mga taw, adto sa process. kung di sa process, bira sa management. my point is-- there is always a problem, there is always a finger to be pointed. but the bottomline is-- wherever you go, whatever problem is, it's always up to YOU on how you are going to adjust and excel.
