I don't think so..it depends. There are some who say prayers for the sake of praying, every words in the prayer don't mean much to them and they don't sincerely mean it, memorize na ba. And some also who do the same prayers for years but sincerely mean it.

repetitions is allowed...as long as it is not in vain...
