    about sa Pre workout nga whey if u want the bcaa, palit lng lahi ug bcaaa or amino acids pwede sd na nimu magamit anti catabolic stage... my logic of that is if ill take my whey protein before workout, that will be use as the fuel sa imu whole time nga naa ka sa gym...mao na after jud ko mu take 3 scoops whey with glutamine para recovery..

    about sa imu protein, kanang tuna in can bai, gamay kau na..try to squeeze it dba gamay kau mabilin ana...

    9am - cardio take 5 amino acid
    10am- 3 scoops whey and 1 scoop weight gainer
    11am- 250grams cooked chicken breast if uncooked mga 400 grams and white rice and 5 eggwhites
    2pm - 250 grams cooked chicken breast and brown rice and 5 eggwhites
    3:30pm - no-xplode with glutamine and 5 amino acids
    4pm - workout
    6pm- 3 scoop whey protein with creatine and glutamine and 1 scoop weight gainer
    7pm- 250grams cooked chicken breast and white rice and 5 egg whites
    10pm- 250grams cooked chicken breast and veggies and 5 egg whites
    12am - sleep
