EL Nido is the famous northern town in Palawan.
The Expensive Resorts there that is all inclusive are Milniloc (Old), and Lagen (Modern)...Of which you will get the chance to visit Miniloc if you are booked in Lagen but not vice versa....

When I went there 2years ago....its well guarded...you are accompanied by armed in cognito men...at least 2 in every trip....
There were couple of celebrities ( Dina and a certain Mark)....they were not treated any different than us....

Its your priority in life and how much you really can afford.....They say if you ask the price that means you can not afford...

when in elnido dont go to pricey/exclusive islands..you may opt to stay in the resorts of elnido/poblacion area. it costs us back in feb 2008 13k(excl planefare)..we hired a van - 2500 per person or total 15k for 6 peeps(puerto-elnido-puerto);stayed in greenviews resort at corong corong 10 mins from elnido(3200/rm/nite good for four);nice view for sunset/sunrise;island hopping at 700/person;food at 2k..just use the net though kapoy mag search
