No, you did not! But please you're just making things unrelated. What I wrote is a Canon Law that had been passed... because that's basically the "RCC's constitution". They agreed and put deliberation to that law. Yet, some of you don't even care to read it because you automatically dislike change in RCC. I am a catholic but I believe in changes.

thank you for your answer, sis. As I understand that they didn't change anything but improved. Canon law is like "the constitution" - inforced and obeyed just like the bible. What I wrote is one of the laws they improved. Scriptures are scriptures that the reason why the Old Testament was succeeded by the New Testament (Improved Changes).
They have paycheck. I know it because I know some former classmates who are priests already and I was an ex seminarian in Pope John XXIII Seminary, batch 1988!
Fr. Bennedicto Tao, my former classmate said they have a salary given by the Archdiocese of Cebu!
