    As of the moment, there are ongoing constructions of hundreds of base stations nationwide. This would help to serve other areas that are currently not included in our coverage area. The bad thing is, newly constructed base stations only get signals from old base stations causing congestion which leads to slow to no internet connection in the network. The pipe started to be choked more than a month ago but they are still accepting hundreds of new subscribers everyday. Sorry, I have to say this. I am from Meridian. I just can’t take this anymore. My conscience always disturbs me! T_T

    atay, at least 10 times nako naputol sa line nako this day lang, naa pani sa US gi-fielan na ni ug class action suit grrrrrrr asa man to ilang ingon system upgrade?? murag nag upgrade man lang sila sa kadaghan sa subscriber!!!!!

    This is what i wrote to them recently,

    Title: After 2 months of assessment

    Dear Customer Care,

    Smart is supposedly a great, competent, customer-oriented company. However, what i just couldn't comprehend is on your Smart WiFi . The internet service was guaranteed satisfaction to me in the first week of my subscription. Then, 2nd week, problems started to occur. Though i understand a little about wifi that it cant serve you with a stable speed since you have to take alot of things into consideration e.g. weather, wind speed, line of sight and interference. After the 2nd week had passed, its like almost every other day i call on your hotline to report the intolerable intermittent speed to no connection and everytime i complain i always get this word apologies for the inconvenience. Yes, it is very inconvenient for us to customers coz there are times that we have to rely on your internet service only to be in vain. We cant use it, Why? coz there is this on going system enhancement and so on and so forth only to find out that our connection is completely cut off or being given a very slow, erm slower than the dial up speed. Not to mention that every now and then i get disconnected every 5 o clock in the afternoon without any advisory. Atleast, i can prepare myself and maybe go to an internet cafe to address my problem which is supposedly to be delivered by your internet service. Not just money but time has been wasted. I cant be on my computer every minute to monitor the speed and connection. I have work and in the middle of that, somebody would rang me up only to find out that there's no internet connection. Are we going to remain futile and be of no choice but to HARDLY accept them? How about the times that there is no connection but i forgot to complain due to some things that needs priority, are you going to give me an automatic rebate. Indeed, no! coz if we are to ask for rebates it only depends the times of reports we make. We are your CLIENTS not your employees for zeus sake......

    Again, we are your CLIENTS. We need answers that would suffice customer satisfaction, answers that would be fair to us, your CUSTOMERS.
