    call center has a good compensation package though if you compare it with some of the jobs here...

    hayy nko, knang mag eninglis gypon bsan sa jeep nah, sagdi rna, nag praktis pah na!hehe..or di gani insecure sa ila mga kauban nah maau mo english bsag di n magpractice..hehhe

    i worked in a call center before, pwera buyag ako mga teamates dili mn hambugero..ug ako mga college barkada n naa s CC hangtod karon, wla my bisyo, dli pud arte..to think n mag 3-4yrs na cla didto..

    pero usa ra jud ang nausab namo, di nami gnahan mmkitag foreigners, esp tga north america..we think they're idiots...they keep on saying we're just "small" bunch of people, but they ask for help from us,small people...

    naanad mn gud cla n indians ang mkatubag sa ila call..pero mga indians pud, my pagka hilas pud..morag kinsa...not all, pero mostly, esp sa level2..

    choice ra gyud na sa taw ang iyang gusto buhaton. bisan pag ingon ana imong mga kauban if u dont want to be like them you can do that. like me, i am only there because of the pay, other than that, wala na. ana gani akong kauban, wow, biliba sad nako nimo oi, di ka mo inum, di ka mo smoke, di kabalo bisan tong its, what do u do for fun? smile lang ko. depende rana sa taw kung asa niya ginakuha iyang happiness. libak is definitely a waste of my time but yes it happens and a lot of bawal na relasyon. ila sad na

    Fact No. 2: The call center industry is the breeding ground for “college bosses.”

    Gone are the days when atypical boss was an old, fat, balding guy who ordered everyone around and asked anyone to fix him a cup of coffee. In the call center industry, you get to meet very young bosses whose ages range from 22 to 25 years. They are definitely not the classic “The Devil Wears Prada” bosses, instead they are your carefree, fresh-from-college bosses who love to party and drink Starbucks coffee as if it’s water. Oftentimes, these bosses get to where they are not because of their superior skills and intelligence but because of their great “talent” to smother their own bosses with praises and compliments and their ability to kiss butts.
    i think mga bata ang bosses kai mga ata man pud mga ga trabaho. mostly in call centers mga fresh grad man. population wise oldies consist less than 5%, IMO. no offense sa mga abot na sa ila primes... hehehe...

    MURA BATI PUD TINGALI KUNG ANG MGA BOSSES AROUND CALL CENTERs KAI KANANG GI HIRE LANG KAI TIGULANG SILA NYA WALA EXP SA CALL CENTER.

    1. Because in call centers, gender, sexual preference, status, religion are generally not discriminated so you are free to show your true self.
    2. Freedom of Expression - people are not inhibited to express themselves however they want to - of course there are boundaries - Code of Conduct in dealing w/ others.
    3. Diversity - all types of people are their expressing themselves without fear of discrimination and you tend to get pieces of their attitude.
    4. About young Bosses - who else would you promote when your pool of candidates is young. That's what makes the industry dynamic and fast moving. Ideas comes from all over the place. There is some truth to people being sipsip or kiss ass or whatever you call it pero ma suya ma dead..hehehe
